I'm off the case now.
I was brought in by a private citizen and paid for my services to determine if this was in fact a breach, and had it been I would have tracked down and brought the culprit to justice.
However, I'm just back from a meeting with the Senior Corporate Director of CTVglobemedia and there is no breach and my services are not required. Interpret as you want.

I've already debunked this lying sack of shit over on the new "the plot thickens" Dabbler discussion (on Dabbler I post as First Time Caller).
Based on Cipher's earlier (but now deleted) posts/assertions, he's no super hacker.
